Shipping & Risk
Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk and title transfer to you upon handover to the carrier, except as stated otherwise.
Payment
Payments are processed via our payment partners. You authorise us to charge the full order amount including taxes, shipping, and applicable fees.

Scope & Eligibility
For standard hampers or those customised by selection (such as flavour, size, or product mix), return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery if any item is damaged, defective, or missing. Returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons are generally not accepted, though we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to request a change-of-mind return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sniffsandwoofs.com or through our customer support number listed on the website.
Fully personalised items (e.g., name-printed or made-to-order products) and opened consumables are non-returnable, except for damage or defect reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
How to Initiate

Refunds & Replacements
On approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s), or we may offer store credit valid for 12 months. Replacement is subject to stock availability.
Order Cancellations
For one-time (non-subscription) orders, you may request cancellation before dispatch by emailing hello@sniffsandwoofs.com with your order details or by contacting our customer support number listed on the website. If the order has already been shipped, it will follow the standard return process outlined above.
Return Shipping Costs
If the issue is our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item), we bear return shipping. For change‑of‑mind returns on eligible items, you bear the return shipping cost.
Exclusions
Non‑returnable items include: personalised hampers, opened/used consumables, freebies, and items damaged due to misuse. Items purchased during sale or clearance promotions are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective.
Subscription Cancellations
Cancel at least 3 working days before the next billing date. If cancelled after billing but before dispatch, we issue a pro‑rata refund less dispatch costs. After dispatch, that cycle is non‑refundable.
Third‑Party Product Returns
For items from third‑party brands, replacement or refund may be subject to confirmation of defect/damage by the manufacturer or distributor. We will coordinate this process and keep you informed.

Dispatch Timelines
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation (3–4 days for non‑metro zones). Dispatch timelines for personalized or made-to-order hampers will be mentioned on the respective product page.
Delivery Estimates
Metro: 3–5 working days from dispatch. Non‑metro/rural: 5–10 working days. Estimates are not guarantees; delays may occur due to courier or external factors.
Carriers & Tracking
We ship via reputed partners. Tracking details will be shared by email/SMS upon dispatch.
Delays & Lost Parcels
We’ll assist you with courier escalations in case of delivery delays, loss, or damage. Overview
Our Care Hamper and Replenishment Subscriptions allow you to select your preferred products, brands, sizes, and delivery frequency (e.g., wipes monthly, shampoo bi-monthly). Once set up, your plan renews automatically as per your chosen schedule until you pause or cancel.
Billing & Payment Authorization
Our Care Hamper subscriptions are billed in advance for each scheduled delivery cycle. Your first payment is processed at signup, and subsequent renewals are charged automatically a few days before each chosen delivery date until cancelled.
By subscribing, you authorize Sniffs & Woofs and its payment partner (Razorpay/PayU) to securely process these recurring payments in accordance with RBI’s recurring payment guidelines.
Pausing, Skipping or Cancelling
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime — just reach out to us at hello@sniffsandwoofs.com or through our customer support number listed on the website. We’ll take care of it for you promptly.
Requests received at least 3 working days before the next billing date will take effect from that cycle.
Mid-Cycle Refunds
If you cancel after billing but before dispatch for a scheduled cycle, we issue a pro-rata refund less any processing or packing costs. Once a shipment has been dispatched, that cycle is non-refundable.
Changes to Products, Pricing or Frequency
You can update your product choices, quantities, or delivery frequency at any time by contacting us at hello@sniffsandwoofs.com or through our customer support number listed on the website.
Sniffs & Woofs may update pricing or plan structures; any material changes will be communicated at least 10 working days before the next billing cycle.
